Please know what you mean before you say it.

Some customers really don't mean to make problems, they really don't. They're just in a rush or they don't really think before they speak. And you know, all cashiers are psychic or something so we all can naturally read their minds and instantly understand what they can't even figure out in their own heads. But they really do mean well.

Guy walks up to the counter and eyes the selection of loose dices we keep back there in at least a dozen different jars. Each jar has no less that 100 different types and colours of dice in them.

Guy: Can I see your dice, please?

Me: Sure. Which one?

Guy: The one with the selection of dice in it.

Me: ....?
